Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns at this time, all returns are paid for by the customer. We recommend obtaining proof of postage and returning your item in original packaging.

- Returns much reach us no later than 14 days from the date you receive your order, we will not accept returns after this time has passed.

- Once we have received your parcel, we require 14 days to process the return. Please do not contact us before the 14 days has passed as we are trying to complete your return as soon as possible and frequent contacting increases our work load and can result in further delays.

- All items returned must be in an unused condition and you must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Unfortunately, any items which are found to have make up stains, tan marks, perfume or body odour scents, or any other signs of wear that may hinder the ability to resell the item, cannot be refunded and will be sent back to you.

- Please attach your packing slip in the parcel so we can locate the correct order details. If you do not have this, please write a note with your full name, order number and if you want a return or exchange.

- For exchanges please state what you would like to exchange your item to, including colour, size & style.
